…..Bowling for
Brain Injury A
Great Success!

Thanks
to everyone who
participated!
Our Bowling for
Brain Injury
event was held
on Saturday,
April 27th at
the Waveland
Bowl in Chicago
and Brunswick
Zone in
Naperville.
Everyone had a
great time
bowling with
friends and
celebrating
everyone's
fundraising
efforts. Our
hosts were
Ginger Zee of
ABC Good Morning
America at the
Naperville site,
and NBC5's
Alicia Roman and
Lauren Jiggetts
hosted our
Waveland Bowl
site. Ginger was
also joined in
Naperville by
former NFL
player Reggie
Smith, Bob Love
of the Chicago
Bulls, Miss
Illinois Nancy

The Brain
Injury
Association of
Illinois hosts
two camp
programs,
Wilderness
Endeavor and
Camp FunZone.
Camp
applications can
be found on this
page, and
registration
fees can be paid
online. These
are the only
camps in
Illinois
developed
specifically for
chldren, teens
and adults who
have sustained
an acquired
brain injury.
Campers come
from throughout
the state and
from surrounding
states to
attend. We rely
on camp
sponsorships and
contributions to
allow us to
implement the
camp program
each summer.
